David AbramsonManaging DirectorWith over ten years’ experience in the leisure sector, David is one of London's most well-known leisure advisors. He has a unique ability to broker high level key property acquisitions and has done so for companies such as Nobu, Masala World, Conran, Ping Pong, Bo deans, Black & Blue and Angus Steakhouse to name a few. David also is well recognised for his ability to assist companies in growing from a small chain to being in a position to receive external funding from private equity or banks. As Joint Managing Director of Cedar Dean Gilmarc, David oversees the team and is responsible for strategic advice to a select number of clients on a corporate level.

Morris GreenbergManaging DirectorMorris Greenberg started Gilmarc Associates in 1998 and since then has established himself as a creative and personable deal maker. With his experience in the industry he puts new and established buyers in the market at ease with his knowledge and his ability to make sure the most difficult of deals have a good end result for all parties involved. His role within Cedar Dean Gilmarc is to oversee the disposal team, bring in key disposal instructions and to establish close connections with the new operators/brands to the leisure scene. Outside of the work environment Morris enjoys spending time with the family, socialising, boxing and table tennis, having been a highly ranked national player for many years in his slimmer and fitter days!

Charles CohenAssociate DirectorCharles Cohen joined Cedar Dean in 2007 coming primarily from a background in acquisitions. Cedar Dean enabled Charles to carve out a career in the restaurant, bar and club property sector and become one of the leisure market's most creative new agents, working with multiple groups, embryonic brands as well as investors ranging from private clients to institutional landlords with great success. Charles' main areas of activity are flagship disposals and late licence acquisitions having sourced sites for some of the leading players in the current market, most notably representing Alex Proud negotiating the Joint Venture with the O2 Arena Landlords, AEG in setting up what is now Proud2.

Salvatore Di NataleAssociate DirectorSalvatore Di Natale is of Italian background consisting of a family of restaurateurs so therefore is well versed in dealing with properties in this sector.
